1. When you connect the device, we collect the device IP address, MAC address, username and password for connecting device.
2. When you contact us for support. When you reply to our email, contact us for after-sales service, or use our customer support tools, we will need to collect your information to provide you with support, and we will use your account information to verify your identity and confirm your product.
3. When you appear on a specific occasion where a video and audio capture device is installed, we may collect your personal information.
4. When you turn on the alarm push function, we collect, cache, and report the required information to the server https://stats.jpush.cn by calling the Jiguang SDK. Our Jiguang SDK push service is provided by a third-party partner, Jiguang. In the process of providing such services, third-party partner Jiguang needs to know your relevant personal information, namely IP address, device identifier, location information, device list, etc., to ensure the accuracy of data statistics.

3. For providing uninstall analysis and user portrait functions.

In order to provide you with better service, improve technology and enhance the user experience, you understand and agree that we have the right to provide your personal information to third party partner Jiguang within the necessary scope. We will only share your information for legitimate, specific, and necessary purposes and will only share the information necessary to provide the service. Our partner Jiguang does not have the right to use the shared information for any other purposes.
